The holiday season—while joyous—is also one of the most stressful times of the year. From crowded malls to last-minute decisions, consumers often feel overwhelmed, rushed, and uninspired. For brands, this translates into a chaotic fight for attention in an oversaturated, discount-driven retail landscape.

“What if holiday shopping wasn’t a hassle—but a delight?”

The insight was simple yet human: Holiday shopping can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be—especially when the right tech gifts are easy to find and even easier to give.
Verizon already had the edge: a best-in-class network, an unbeatable suite of tech-enabled gifts, and a reputation for reliability. What it needed was a creative strategy to cut through the noise, earn emotional relevance, and drive both awareness and revenue.

Holiday Made Easy -We built a holiday campaign that went beyond Business-As-Usual retail and transformed everyday shoppers into holiday heroes—effortlessly.
Verizon’s campaign delivered moments of surprise and delight through immersive in-store activations, agile mobile retail formats, and culturally relevant pop-ups—turning functional gift-giving into memorable experiences.
Experience Design - The experience was rolled out across two complementary formats:
In-Store AR Scavenger Hunt - To reimagine the store visit, we deployed an Augmented Reality scavenger hunt using MyVerizon app - inviting customers to explore, discover, and engage.
- AR clues led visitors to gift ideas for everyone on their list
- Personalized offers were revealed through digital interactions
- Participants win gift giveaways and exclusive offers
Travel Retail Activation @ Arlington Festival of Lights
To bring the experience outside the store, we mobilized a holiday-themed retail pop-up at the Arlington Festival of Lights—a high-footfall, family-focused destination during the season of giving.
- A “Gift Wrap Battle” arena, where families competed in friendly, festive wrapping showdowns for prizes and promo codes
- Tech showcases and purchase stations with unique holiday offers
- Photo booth stations with print-on-demand holiday portraits powered by Verizon

Why It Worked
